As usual, before making a deposit to purchase an apartment, the customer went to view and agreed on the selling price with the home owner, payment method and scheduled a notarization date.

The steps are as follows:

1)Then the seller (home owner) or the realtor will go directly to the project management office to ask for a “certification document” of the amount of payment for management fees, electricity, water, etc. of the apartment.

After having these documents, along with all original papers related to the apartment (purchase agreement, apartment handover minutes, appendices, invoices…) and the original personal documents of The seller, The buyer (Citizen identification, Household Book and Marital Status of the seller), they will go to the notary

office to conduct the purchase transfer procedures.
