On November 10, 2017, CapitaLand completed the acquisition of 100% shares of Viet Hung Phu Real Estate Investment and Trade Joint Stock Company to hold on the ownership and development of the project. Previously, on July 18, 2017, Viet Hung Phu was approved by the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to repurchase the Cuu Long apartments project at 01 Ton That Thuyet Street, Ward 1, District 4 from Saigon Cuu Long Production and Business Investment Joint Stock Company. In my opinion, DeLaSol design follows the optimal modern style philosophy. When smart apartments can both be lived in and be used for rental business to earn some extra income.
